Managed Service
NuSuara Managed Service is a worry-free way of helping you run
your front-office operations; and we do it with distinct vigor and
dedication.
When you contract NuSuara for managed service of the voice
attendant, NuSuara shall be responsible for all issues relating to
hardware, software, installation, monitoring, trouble-shooting,
fine-tuning, customization and maintenance of the system. To further
instill the responsibility, NuSuara has established a Service Level
Agreement (SLA) for our managed service accounts. The SLA is a
contract that penalizes NuSuara on any unreasonable downtime of your
Voice Attendant.
Compared to outright purchase of equipment and solution, there are
three main reasons why NuSuara Managed Service makes sense for your

- Worry Free Operation
- NuSuara Managed Service removes
the headache of receptionist services from your daily lives, and
lets you focus on running your business. We ensure smooth daily
operation of your virtual receptionists so telephone calls to your
company are routed efficiently and professionally.
- OPEX instead of CAPEX
- In accounting parlance,
payments for NuSuara Managed Service is written off as OPEX
(operating expenses), and can be deducted from income tax
immediately. This compares to outright purchase of computer
equipments, the cost of which must be depreciated over a few
years.
