Managed Service

NuSuara Managed Service is a worry-free way of helping you run your front-office operations; and we do it with distinct vigor and dedication.

When you contract NuSuara for managed service of the voice attendant, NuSuara shall be responsible for all issues relating to hardware, software, installation, monitoring, trouble-shooting, fine-tuning, customization and maintenance of the system. To further instill the responsibility, NuSuara has established a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for our managed service accounts. The SLA is a contract that penalizes NuSuara on any unreasonable downtime of your Voice Attendant.
