1. How does the NuSuara Voice Attendant compare to XYZ auto-attendant?
The auto-attendant technology is more than a decade old, with the system asking callers to "enter extension or press 0 for operator". Usually callers simply press 0 to revert to human receptionist because they do not memorize the extension numbers. This phenomenon is exacerbated as more people call using their handphone address books which do not store extension numbers. So, how could the auto-attendant be a solution when it does not work? In contrast, NuSuara Voice Attendant only requires the caller to speak a name to get connected, which by calling, the caller already knew before he or she made the call. It works as long as the caller could tell it the name.
